Preparation steps

1.

For the bruschetta with garlic, place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown in a preheated 225°C (approximately 475°F) oven.

Peel garlic, finely chop and mix in a bowl with olive oil.

3.

Remove slices of bread from the oven, coat with garlic oil and season with salt and pepper.

For the bruschetta with tomato, place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown in a preheated 225°C (approximately 475°F) oven.

5.

Peel garlic and squeeze through garlic press into a bowl with olive oil. Mash drained tomatoes with a fork in another bowl.

6.

Remove bread from the oven, brush with garlic oil and cover with tomatoes, press down slightly and season with salt and pepper.
