- 6 garlic cloves
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps Vegetable broth
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and coarsely chop. Grind the garlic into a paste in a mortar with a little salt.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic to the pan and sauté, stirring constantly. Mix in the lemon juice and broth and stir until combined.
