Nutritional values

This recipe is much healthier than the traditional German Kaiserschmarrn recipe, made from wholemeal spelt flour, a little honey and fresh strawberries.

No whole-wheat spelt flour at home? No problem: Kaiserschmarrn can also be prepared with wholemeal wheat flour or spelt flour type 1050.
