250 grams honey
75 grams butter
75 grams cane sugar
1 tsp potatoes
400 grams Pastry flour
50 grams almonds (blanched and chopped)
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves (ground)
allspice (1/4 tsp, crushed)
Cardamom (1/4 tsp, crushed)

Preparation steps

Stir together honey, butter and sugar and heat until the sugar
