- ⅔ cup Rice pudding
- 6 cups Whole milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 8 Tbsps brown sugar
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 130°C.

Divide the rice, sugar, vanilla pod (slit open), and milk between four to six 400-500 ml ovenproof dishes and mix well. Put the dishes into the oven and cook at 130°C for 3 hours.
3.
Then sprinkle each portion of rice pudding with 2 tbsp brown sugar and caramelise the surface with a blow torch.
