4 sticks Rhubarb (chopped)
3 cups Strawberries (halved)
4 Tbsps sugar
3 ½ cups canned Custard
powdered sugar (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180ºC (160º fan) 350ºF, gas 4.
2.
Rub the butter onto the base and sides of an ovenproof dish.
3.
Spread the rhubarb and strawberries into the dish, scatter over the sugar and pour over the custard.
4.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes and serve sprinkled with the icing sugar.
