Preparation steps
1.
Break the broccoli into small florets.
2.
Wash and seed the red peppers and then finely slice. Peel the white onions and leave whole.

Divide the vegetables between four pieces of parchment paper. Sprinkle over the dried thyme or mediterranean herbs. Season with pepper

Add 1 tbsp water to each parcel of vegetables as well as the diced bacon. Bring together the sides of the paper to form parcels and place in a shallow ovenproof dish.
5.
Place on the middle shelf of an oven preheated to 180°C |350F | gas 4 for 20–25 minutes.

When cooked season with freshly ground sea salt.
