50 grams butter
1/2 organic Limes (zested)
8-10 Sage (leaves)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel bottom third of the asparagus and trim ends. Cut asparagus diagonally into pieces. Boil an abundant amount of salted water and blanch asparagus 2-3 minutes. Drain asparagus, rinse with cold water and drain well.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet, sauté gnocchi for about 5 minutes and sti in asparagus.

Cut butter into small pieces and stir into gnocchi mixture. Add lime zest and sage leaves to gnocchi mixture, swirl together and sauté briefly. Season gnocchi mixture with salt and pepper and serve.
