1 Tbsp sunflower oil
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
cup Blue cheese (e. g. Gorgonzola)
½ cup Walnut (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and brush an oven-proof dish with oil.
2.
Place the apples in the dish with the cut side up. Mix together the honey and lemon juice and brush over the apples. Crumble the cheese over the apples, sprinkle with the nuts and season with ground black pepper. Bake for around 25 min until golden brown.
