- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 2 ⅔ cups cream cheese
- ⅞ cup Yogurt
- ⅔ cup cream (at least 30% fat)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 cups mixed Fresh herbs (dill, parsley and chives; finely chopped)
- 12 slices smoked Salmon (four cut in half; rest pureed)
- 2 tsps Horseradish
- Fresh herbs (to garnish)
- Salmon Caviar
Preparation steps
1.
Soften the gelatine in cold water and mix together the cream cheese and yogurt. Whip the cream and add it to the cheese and yogurt.

Dissolve the gelatine in a pan on a low heat. Stir in two tbsp of the cream cheese mixture and then add the mixture to the remaining cream cheese. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Mix together the garlic and the herbs and stir it into half of the cheese mixture. Mix the pureed salmon and the horseradish with the other half.
4.
Line the baking tin with tin foil and fill with alternate layers of cream and spread smooth. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Serve garnished with salmon slices, herbs and caviar.
