2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
50 grams Feta
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp White vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
10 black Olives

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse the lettuces, pat dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. 

2.

Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the tomatoes. Rinse the peppers, remove the core, and cut into quarters. Remove the seeds and membranes, and julienne. 

3.

For the salad dressing, peel and finely dice the garlic. Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely grate. Finely crumble the feta cheese. 

4.

Mix the garlic, cucumber, parsley, feta cheese, yogurt, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

5.

Mix the lettuces, tomatoes, peppers, and onion with the dressing. Garnish with the olives and serve.
