1 small onion
150 grams Olives (mixed black and green)
200 grams Feta
6 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps Red wine vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths. Peel and cube the cucumber. Peel the onion and cut into rings.

2.

Mix together the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a dressing and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and olives on top. Sprinkle with dried herbs to taste.
