3 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp dried oregano

Preparation steps

Peel, trim and cut cucumber into slices. Rinse, core and cut tomatoes into wedges. Rinse and halve pepper, remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips. Peel, halve and cut onion into strips. Combine cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, and onion in a large bowl. Cut feta into slices and add to bowl along with olives.

For the dressing: Whisk vinegar with lemon juice, oregano, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and whisk in oil until emulsified. Pour dressing over salad, toss to combine, season to taste and serve.
