Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water with the bay leaf for 20 minutes. Drain, then discard the bay leaf. Pass the potatoes and garlic through a ricer.

2.

Mix the potato mixture with the yogurt, oregano, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Thinly slice the olives, and sprinkle over the potatoes. Serve hot.
