1 Tbsp chopped parsley
6 ozs Greek yogurt
3 Tbsps Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the sweet potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 35 minutes. Drain and let evaporate.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Crumble the cheese into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and chop finely. Mix the quark, sour cream, potatoes, onion, feta cheese and parsely. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Serve immediately.
