- ¾ cup Cashews (toasted)
- 2 Tbsps Nutritional yeast
- 3 cloves garlic cloves
- ¾ cup Avocado oil
- 2 cups Kale
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, oil, kale and lemon juice in a food processor and whizz to a paste.

Season to taste and scrape into a jar. Cover and keep in the fridge for up to one week.
