4 Tbsps dark balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp medium hot Mustard
2 Tbsps grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Rinse and pat dry grapes, halve. Rinse lettuce, spin dry and arrange in four salad bowls or plates. Top with onion rings, nuts and grapes.

Cut Camembert into slices and top salad with cheese. Whisk vinegar with honey, mustard and two oils, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with the dressing and serve with fresh baguette, if desired.
