250 grams green Beans
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps Basil pesto (from a jar)
40 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain. Rinse beans and halve crosswise. Cook in heavily salted water for about 10 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat olive oil in a large pan and saute potatoes and beans. Season with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta and toss well. Transfer to plates and top each plate with 1 tablespoon of pesto and shaved Parmesan. Serve.
