4 Cinnamon stick
40 grams softened butter
2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg
50 grams finely ground almonds (peeled)

Preparation steps

Rinse the apples, and slice off the top. remove the stem from the top. Replace the stem with a whole cinnamon stick. Remove the core of the apple, using an apple corer. Leave the bottom of the apple intact. Hollow out the apple slightly. Beat the butter with the vanilla sugar and lemon juice until creamy. Mix in the egg, and finally, the almonds. Fill the apples (about 3/4 full) and place the top back onto the apples.

Cook the apples on a hot grill with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
