Preparation steps

1.

For the grilled cheese: Lightly toast the bread, spread the butter over the toast, top 1/2 the slices with cheese and then sandwich together with the remaining toast. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (approximately 350°F) for 5 minutes. Cut diagonally into triangles.

Peel the carrots, celery and cucumber, trim and cut into long matchsticks.

3.

Serve the grilled cheese with the mixed veggies and ketchup.
