2 Tbsps lemon juice
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the grill. Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Crush the garlic with a garlic press and combine with the herbs, lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in the herb mixture, toss to coat and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Lift the chicken from the marinade, thread on wooden skewers and grill turning the skewers occasionally until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
