Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 1 sm stalk Leeks
- 500 grams chicken
- 6 Tbsps soy sauce
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 1 pinch chili peppers
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 2 medium sized Swiss chard
- 20 grams ginger
- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
Rinse the leek and cut lengthwise in approximately 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inches) long pieces. Rinse the meat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thread the leeks alternately with the meat on skewers. Heat the soy sauce slightly and stir in the honey. Season with chile and ginger. Place the skewers in a shallow dish, pour over the cooled soy sauce and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Rinse the chard thoroughly throughout. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Cook in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Pour in the white wine and the broth. Add the chard and mix in. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Brown the skewers in another pan in the remaining hot oil on all sides, a total cook about 5 minutes. Serve with the chard. As desired, garnish with chervil flowers.
