- 16 cherry Tomatoes
- 3 Star fruit (sliced)

Grilled Exotic Kebabs
Place the kebabs on the griddle at the same time as the chicken and turn frequently
Preparation steps
1.
Place the chicken breasts one at a time between 2 pieces of cling film and bash with a rolling pin until about 1 cm thick. Transfer to a plate, rub with oil and season.
2.
Heat a griddle pan until very hot and cook the escalopes 2 at a time until stripy and golden, then turn and cook the other side - about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
3.
Meanwhile thread cherry tomatoes and sliced star fruit onto wooden skewers.
4.
Squeeze a little lemon juice over the chicken and serve with the skewers.
