You can always roast this in the oven on a baking sheet at 400 degrees instead of grilling it.

- 4 Fennel bulb
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (more as needed)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the fennel and cut lengthwise into slices, then place it on a charcoal grill and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.

Place the rosemary sprigs between the hot fennel slices. Drizzle the fennel with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
