150 grams sun-dried sun-dried tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps Pine nuts
1 handful thyme
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Halve each piece of feta cheese lengthwise, then place on a piece of aluminum foil. Arrange the tomatoes over the feta cheese. Peel the garlic, and finely chop or slice. Sprinkle the garlic and pine nuts over the feta cheese. Rinse and dry the thyme then add to the feta cheese. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and top with freshly ground black pepper. Fold the aluminum foil over the ingredients, and seal well.

Place on a hot grill, and cook for 5-8 minutes. Remove from the grill, and open at the table.
