- 600 grams Halibut (4 fillets)
- 800 grams green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Savory
- 4 Tbsps melted butter
- 1 Tbsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Mix all ingredients into a marinade and mix with a little water to form a paste. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste.

Rinse fish, pat dry and coat both sides with the marinade. Lay on a lined aluminum foil sheet for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the broiler.

Rinse green beans, trim and place in boiling salted water for about 8-10 minutes. Cook until al dente. Drain well.

Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and season with salt.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of butter on the halibut and place under the broiler. After 3-4 minutes, turn over. Pour on the remaining butter. Broil for 3-4 minutes more. Then, serve on top of the green beans.
