If you cook them for too long, some of the essential nutrients will be lost, so only cook them briefly. Use greek yogurt for more protein instead of regular yogurt.

1 Pineapple (halved and sliced)
4 Tbsps honey
lemon juice (from one lemon)
rosemary (stems discarded)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the grill to its highest setting.

Heat the honey in a small pan and add the lemon juice.
3.
Brush the fruit with the honey mixture and place on a grill pan. Scatter over the rosemary and place under the grill for about 5 minutes, turning once and basting with the juices.

Serve with the yogurt and honey to drizzle over.
