2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 Tbsp butter
2 Nectarine
4 yellow Plum
2 Prickly pears

Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, mix apple juice with lime juice and butter, heat and mix well.

2.

Rinse nectarines and plums, halve and remove pit. Slice plum and necatarines. Rinse prickly pears, peel and cut into slices. Brush fruit with apple juice glaze.

3.

Heat grill or turn on the broiler in the oven. Cook fruit, watching carefully, about 5 minutes on each side.

4.

To serve, arrange fruit on a plate and sprinkle with remaining apple juice glaze.

5.

If desired, serve with mango sauce and coconut ice cream.
