- 36 ozs mixed Fruit (e. g. apples, grapes, pineapple, plums)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps light brown sugar
- To decorate
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- mint
- Raspberries
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill. Grease the grill pan.
2.
Halve the stone fruits, such as plums and apricots.
Cut large fruit, such as pineapple and apples, into wedges.
3.
Toss in the lemon juice and brown sugar.
4.
Grill the fruit for about 3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned on both sides. Allow to cool.
5.
Arrange the fruit on serving plates and sift over the powdered sugar. Decorate with mint leaves and the raspberries.
