2 slices Leg of lamb about 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) and 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick
2 Tbsps olive oil

1 tsp rosemary
1 lemon

Preparation steps

1.

Brush the leg of lamb slices with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

2.

Preheat the grill and grease the grates with olive oil. Cook the lamb for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Cut the lemon into quarters and place on the grill with the lamb. Plate the lamb and serve with the grilled lemon wedges.
