- 900 grams Lamb shoulder
- 300 grams Yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves (smashed)
- peppers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 green paprika
- 2 red paprika
- 6 small red onions
Preparation steps

Trim the lamb and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1-inch) cubes. Combine the yogurt, garlic, salt and cinnamon and season with pepper. Mix with the meat and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Rinse the peppers, trim, cut in half, remove the seeds and pith and cut into pieces. Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Skewer the meat, onions and peppers onto wooden skewers and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Arrange on serving plates and serve with flatbreads, if desired.
