- 4 Corn
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Remove the husks from the corn cobs, and cook in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Remove from the water, cool slightly, then cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces.

Rinse and trim the peppers, then halve and cut into pieces.

Skewer the corn and peppers, alternating between the two vegetables. Place on a piece of aluminum foil. Melt the butter, and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Brush the corn with the butter mixture. Grill for 10 minutes, then serve.
