1 onion
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
4 Red onions
4 mild, green Pepperoncini
4 Tomatoes
olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lamb chops and pat dry. Trim fat as needed.

Peel onion and finely grate. Stir with garlic and 6 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper. Add to lamb chops and let marinate for 4 hours covered.

Peel red onion and cut into quarters. Rinse pepperoncini. Rinse tomatoes, cut in half and remove stems.

Place lamb on grill with vegetables. Drizzle vegetables with a little oil while turning. Cook lamb and vegetables for 2-3 minutes on each side. Arrange on a serving platter and season vegetables with sauce. Serve garnished with oregano.
