- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 600 grams Pork tenderloin (ready to cook)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the thyme, shake dry and pluck into small pieces. Press garlic and mix with the oil, thyme and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
2.
Rinse the meat, pat dry, trim and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes. Rinse the tomatoes and zucchini. Trim the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices.

Alternately thread the meat with the vegetables on wooden skewers and sprinkle with thyme oil. Let stand for 30 minutes.
