Preparation steps

1.

Trim the lettuce, rinse, shake dry and cut in half lengthwise. Leave enough stalk so that the leaves are held together. Wrap with 2-3 leaves of sage in a slice of bacon.

2.

Rinse, halve and pit the apricots. Put 3 halves on each wooden skewer and wrap with a slice of bacon.

3.

Cook everything together on the hot, oiled grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

4.

Season before serving with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
