Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and boil in salted water for 20 minutes, until fork tender. Rinse and trim the snow peas. Cut the sausages in half crosswise, then cut in an "x" on each end, about 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) long.

Thread sausage pieces, potatoes and snow peas on skewers, brush with oil and grill over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Arrange on plates and serve.
