- 4 Sirloin steak (each about 200 grams)
- 4 Tbsps mixed Fresh herbs (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 large potatoes
- 120 grams Sour cream
- olive oil
- scallions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Wrap potatoes into a foil wrap and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400F) for 40-50 minutes.

Peel garlic and combine with 4-5 tablespoons of oil and herbs. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) long pieces.

Just before the end of cooking potatoes, grill steaks on griddle or outside charcoal grill for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on desired level of doneness.

Place grilled steaks on a plate and season with salt and pepper, drizzle with herbed oil. Place potatoes on serving plates, open foil and cut potatoes (be careful, steam might be hot), top with dollops of sour cream. Arrange steaks alongside potatoes and sprinkle with scallions. Serve with fresh white bread, if desired.
