300 grams baby carrots

4 Veal chops

Preparation steps

Rinse the beans, wipe dry, blanch for about 8 minutes in boiling salted water and drain. Peel the carrots, blanch 5 minutes in boiling salted water and drain. Rinse the potatoes, wipe dry and cook in plenty of boiling water 30 minutes. Drain and let evaporate.

Grill the veals chops in a grill pan or on a charcoal grill on both sides. Then place 1 tsp butter on top and season with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat in a pan. Arrange the greens beans and carrots with the halved potatoes on plates and drizzle with melted butter. Place a veal chop on each plate, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
