Preparation steps

Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into the olive oil. Rinse and halve chile lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs and fineyl chop. Remove pits from olives. Finely chop olives. Rinse basil and parsley, shake dry and coarsely chop. Mix olives, herbs and chile with garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel onions and cut into wedges. Rinse zucchini, pat dry, quarter lengthwise and cut into 6-8 cm long (approximately 2-3-inch long) pieces. Brush vegetables with marinade and grill 2-3 minutes.
