½ tsp Curry powder
1 generous pinch ground paprika

fresh marjoram (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spring chicken, pat dry and cut in half. Thread on skewers. 

2.

Squeeze juice of one lemon and mix with oil, honey, curry powder and paprika, season with salt and pepper and brush chicken with the mixture. Grill chicken on hot grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with remaining marinade occasionally. Rinse second lemon and cut into wedges. Arrange chicken on plates and garnish with marjoram and lemon wedges. Serve.
