3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Red chili pepper
1 carrot
1 Cucumber
2 Tbsps olive oil

1 handful Watercress
200 grams Brie
150 grams cooked ham (in slices)
4 Whole Grain Tortilla

Preparation steps

Peel, halve and pit avocado and use fork to mash into paste with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Rinse and halve chile pepper and cut into fine strips. Peel carrot and grate coarsely. Peel cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and grate coarsely. Mix cucumber with carrot, chile, remaining lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper. Rinse watercress, pat dry and add to mixture.

Warm tortillas to taste, spread with avocado mash and cover with vegetable mixture. Slice brie and add to tortillas along with ham slices. Roll up wraps and serve.
