Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and pluck. Remove crusts from white bread and toast. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into slices. Peel and slice hardboiled eggs.

2.

Spread mayonnaise on six slices of toast. Top each piece of toast with lettuce, turkey ham, sliced egg and tomato slices and top with one slice of toast. Secure sandwiches with wooden skewers and serve garnished with parsley.
