1 head Lettuce
9 small Goat cheese
3 red peppers
6 slices Parma ham
1 handful Arugula
1 bunch seedless Grape
olive oil (for dressing)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill to medium and grill the peppers until completely black. Take out them of the oven and let them cool completely.
2.
Meanwhile, wash and coarsely chop the lettuce. Wash and halve the grapes. Wash and dry the arugula. Cut the slices of Parma ham into strips.
3.
Peel and deseed the peppers. Cut into strips. Cut the fresh goat cheese in half.
4.
Divide salad, arugula, peppers and ham strips, pieces of cheese and grapes between six plates. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt flakes and pepper.
