The essential mustard oils from rocket protect against fungi, bacteria and viruses; in addition, the herb supports the immune system with the vitamin C it contains and keeps you healthy all round. The turkey ham convinces with my extra portion of protein, which plays many important roles as a bodybuilding material.
To increase the fibre content in salads, we recommend using wholemeal pasta. This is good for the digestion and keeps you full even longer. Whether farfalle, spaghetti or fusilli - every type of pasta goes well with the salad!

Ingredients

- 300 grams short tubular pasta (such as Sedanini)
- salt
- 250 grams Arugula
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 80 grams cooked ham (sliced)
- lemons
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- peppers
Preparation steps
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente according to package directions.
Meanwhile, rinse the arugula, spin dry and tear into small pieces, if desired. Rinse and halve the tomatoes.
Cut the ham into strips. Squeeze the juice form half a lemon.
Drain the pasta, rinse and drain well.
For the dressing, mix the balsamic vinegar with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons of water and oil. Season with sugar, salt and pepper and mix with all the salad ingredients. Season to taste and serve.
