- 500 grams Ground beef
- 4 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 egg
- ½ bunch parsley (chopped)
- 100 milliliters Beef broth
- salt
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- ¼ tsp Mustard
- For the dough
- 350 grams Pastry flour
- 120 grams butter
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 2 Tbsps water
Preparation steps

Knead together flour, butter and mustard powder. Knead in enough water to form a smooth, firm dough. Wrap in plastic and chill for about 30 minutes.

Peel and dice potatoes.

Peel and dice onions. Combine potatoes, onions, parsley and beef. Stir in broth and season with salt, pepper, mustard and horseradish.
Thinly roll out dough and cut out disks, about 20 cm (approximately 8 inches) in diameter. Top with beef mixture. Whisk egg and brush onto the edges of the dough. Fold dough over to form a pocket. Brush dough with remaining egg and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20-30 minutes. Remove and serve warm.
