Preparation steps

1.

Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks carefully. Puree the cream and the salmon in a blender finely and stir in the yolks until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

With a pastry bag, pipe the cream with a star tip into the egg halves. To serve, sprinkle the chives on a plate and arrange the stuffed eggs on top of the herb bed.
