- ¾ cup ground Hazelnuts
- ½ cup Brown rice flour
- ¼ cup Corn starch
- 2 tsps gluten-free Baking powder
- 6 Tbsps unsalted butter
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup Hazelnut liqueur

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease 12 bun tins.
2.
Put the hazelnuts, rice flour, cornflour and baking powder into a bowl and mix well.
3.
Beat together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
4.
Add the eggs, one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each addition. Pour in the liqueur and mix until incorporated.
5.
Gently stir in the hazelnut-flour mixture until blended.
6.
Put into the tins and bake for 18-22 minutes, until golden and springy to the touch. Cool in the tins for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
