Preparation steps

1.

For the crust, drain quark and mix with milk, oil and 2 pinches salt. Knead flour and baking powder into quark mixture to a smooth dough.

2.

Set aside 1 zucchini and finely grate the rest. Cut scallions into thin rings. Sauté grated zucchini and scallions in butter about 5 minutes. Drain zucchini mixture, stir in creme fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Mix shrimp and lemon juice. Peel and press garlic. Finely chop dill. Stir garlic and dill into shrimp.

4.

Slice tomatoes and remaining zucchini. Coarsely grate cheese.

5.

Roll out dough on a floured work surface and cut into two large heart shapes. Thicken crust edges to form slight rims and place on a greased baking sheet.

6.

Spread sauteed zucchini mixture into crusts. Distribute shrimp and zucchini and tomato slices into crusts, sprinkle with cheese and bake about 30 minutes in oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Slice pizzas as desired to serve.
