350 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
2 Beefsteak tomato
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
150 grams Mozzarella
Pastry flour (as needed)
6 slices Prosciutto
salt
peppers
2 tsps dried thyme
olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Defrost puff pastry. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into small slices. Rinse cherry tomatoes and gently pat dry. Drain mozzarella and cut into narrow slices.

Roll out pastry on a floured surface and place on a baking paper-lined baking sheet. Press up sides to create a small edge and prick bottom several times with a fork. Line with prosciutto and mozzarella slices. Season with salt and pepper and spread tomato slices and cherry tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with thyme and season again with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove and cut into pieces to serve.
