200 grams smoked turkey breasts (thick slices)
150 grams Green cabbage

Preparation steps

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Knead flour, eggs, nutmeg, milk and a pinch of salt into a firm dough. Shape into noodles and cook in boiling water for a few minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon once noodles float to the surface.

Take the dumplings with a slotted spoon from the water, drain.

Peel and julienne carrot.

Peel and dice onion.

Shred cabbage.

Rinse and trim beans, then cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) long pieces.

Dice turkey.

Boil beans in salted water for about 7 minutes. Shock in ice water and drain.

Heat butter in a large frying pan and cook onion until soft. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Add noodles and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in turkey, season with salt and pepper and serve.
